HIGH SCHOOL PRESEASON Program offered to High School Aged players 7th through 12th grade as preseason preparation for upcoming school season. Program focuses on strength and conditioning training essential for any athlete. Speed and agility training incorporated in program. Soccer specific tactics developed in match like environment. Program will run in the evening 3 hours per night for 5 nights. The cost of this program is $175.00. "Mid-season form at the beginning of the season." Multi-child and group discounts available. |
